Reunion Athletic Center is your key to great health

Staying fit and healthy are the bywords of today's conscientious individuals. Reunion Golf & Country Club Fitness is a world-class, 24-hour, full-service athletic center which highlights a strength training and cardiovascular room stocked with state-of-the-art Cybex, Precor and Spin equipment.  Enhancing the facility is a large aerobics/multi-purpose room used for a wide range of fitness classes led by certified instructors who are also available for personal and group strength instruction. 

The men's and ladies' locker rooms offer day lockers and shower facilities as well as massage services by appointment.  The building also includes a casual, contemporary-style member lounge and a children's entertainment room offering professional childcare service.

Fitnes FAQ

- What do Group Exercise Classes cost?
   Classes are FREE for all Members!

- Can I bring my child to the class with me?
  No, please only bring children when childcare is provided.

- How do we receive our complimentary orientation session?
  After you have joined (or if you are currently a member and have questions) please call  
  601-605-8784 ext.118 and we will schedule a time to familiarize you with all the equipment.

-  What if I know someone that is interested in joining, but wants to try out the facilities first?
   Please pass that information on to the Fitness Director and a free day pass can be obtained.

-  Can I bring a guest with me to workout?
   Yes, you can bring a guest with you at a charge of $7 per visit.

-  Is personal training offered?
   Yes, there are a variety of training options/ prices offered for any fitness level.  All sessions also
   include a pre-training fitness assessment, nutrition advice, and body composition testing.  Call or
